One of these days we're going to sit down and write an essay about how, right at this very moment, we are living through a golden age of music. For the sheer volume of quality bands, this current age surpasses the grunge period of the early nineties, even if it hasn't yet spawned any blockbuster bands like Nirvana or Pearl Jam.
